At the close of business on July 2, 2009 Independence Federal Savings Bank (IFSB) will be closing its Headquarters and main branch at 1229 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20036-2609 and relocating to 1301 9th Street N.W. Washington, D.C. 20001. This new branch will be open for business on July 6, 2009 and will maintain the same phone number of (202) 628-5500.
